As a Consultant, you will be working on projects (end-to-end), assisting in preliminary research (primary and secondary), understanding client problems, analysing available data, and designing simple and implementable solutions.
What this role is about:
You will be working with one of our clients, for the development and implementation of policy decisions for MSMEs in Tamil Nadu. You will be required to:
- Analyse data across multiple sources to shape policy.
- Draft policy and development decisions for assisting MSMEs in Tamil Nadu.
- Compare policies across different Govt. bodies in Tamil Nadu, and across different states in India.
- Arrive at key policy decisions and changes which are relevant for MSMEs in Tamil Nadu.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across different levels in Govt., and with the public.
You should apply for this role if:
- You have at least two (2) years of work experience. You will be preferred if this experience is in policy analysis/ data research/ policy writing, for Govt.
- You have a clear understanding of Acts, Rules and the process of amendments.
- You are comfortable working with Associations, MSMEs, gathering inputs (qualitative and quantitative) to be able to arrive at the policy.
- You are able to draft policies, carry out primary and secondary research and make relevant comparisons to convince the concerned audience of the need for policy changes.
- You are able to constantly follow-up internally and with the client, to ensure final closure and completion.
- You are well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be preferred if you know Tamil, in addition to English.

What this role is about:
You will be working with one of our clients, for the development and implementation of markets and promotions for MSMEs in Tamil Nadu. You will be required to:
- Promote the Trade Promotion Bodies of Govt. of Tamil Nadu and position them appropriately, globally and in India.
- Work with MSMEs, Associations, Large industries, startups and Govts. to identify key areas of focus, for the promotion of MSMEs.
- Attend key events and nurture key relationships with other organisations in the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Govt. of India and MSMEs. Create relationships/ partnerships with to drive mutually beneficial initiatives.
- Develop and maintain an overall calendar of events for the promotion of MSMEs and industry in the state. Work with multiple sectoral leads for implementation of the same.
- Work with different sectoral leads and experts to identify new avenues of promotion, markets and external engagement.
You should apply for this role if:
- You have between two (2) – five (5) years of work experience. You will be preferred if this experience involves work with Govt./ industry bodies such as CII, FIEO, etc.
- You have a clear understanding of the overall MSME and industry ecosystem in the country.
- You are comfortable working with Associations and MSMEs.
- You are comfortable with meeting new people, Associations and MSMEs – and constantly “being in touch” and working with them for the overall development of MSMEs in the state.
- You are able to constantly follow-up internally and with the client, to ensure final closure and completion.

What this role is about:
You will be working with one of our clients, for the development and implementation of GovTech solutions for MSMEs in Tamil Nadu. You will be required to:
- Ideate and project-manage the development of GovTech systems and platforms for the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, in close coordination with an IT partner.
- Understand existing government processes, their bottlenecks and customer pain points.
- Translate the processes into FRS docs and work with the IT vendor to digitise them
You should apply for this role if:
- You have at least two (2) years of work experience related to GovTech solutions/ platforms.
- You have a clear understanding of FRS/ SRS and other IT requirements required for the development of solutions/ platforms.
- You are able to constantly follow-up internally and with the client, to ensure final closure and completion.
- You are comfortable with meeting new people, Associations and MSMEs – and constantly “being in touch” and working with them for the overall development of MSMEs in the state.
- You are well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What this role is about:
You will be working with one of our clients, for the implementation of targeted sectoral initiatives for MSMEs in Tamil Nadu. You will be required to:
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key manufacturing units involved in the processing and selling of agro products.
- Identify and implement key interventions related to sales, packaging and logistics for a manufacturing unit/ company.
- Work with Govt. depts. and MSMEs to ensure end-to-end implementation of identified interventions.
You should apply for this role if:
- You have at least two (2) years of work experience in overall management in a manufacturing unit – this could include implementation of MSMEs, logistic oversight, packaging process implementation, etc. You will be preferred if you have a background in agro-processing/ food-processing.
- You understand SOPs, logistics, and packaging of products in a You are able to constantly follow-up internally and with the client, to ensure final closure and completion.
- You are well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in Tamil and English.
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu, with occasional visits to Chennai.

What this role is about:
You will be working with one of our clients in the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, for the development and implementation of initiatives for increasing the exports of MSMEs in Tamil Nadu. You will be required to:
- Assist the Govt. of Tamil Nadu in helping MSMEs, in export processes and organisations involved.
- Act as a nodal point for export queries related to processes and timelines, for the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, and for the MSMEs. Follow-up and work with related organisations for the same.
- Identify products of export potential from Tamil Nadu, through working with key Govt. and private stakeholders. Arrive at and implement interventions to increase exports of the same.
You should apply for this role if:
- You have at least one (1) – two (2) years of work experience. Prior experience in trade/ a trade promotion role/ organisation is an added bonus. You could also have an export entrepreneurial background!
- You understand export processes, terms, timelines, approvals and organisations involved.
- You are able to constantly follow-up internally and with the client, to ensure final closure and completion.
- You are well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in Tamil and English.

What you would be doing with us:
- Work as part of a team on project delivery – attend discussions, develop reports and presentations, and carry out project administration-related tasks.
- Undertake and carry out tasks assigned while ensuring high-quality, and timely submission of output.
- Front-end discussions (after initial training) when required, and play an active role in client discussions.
- Create and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for specific projects/ workpieces.
- Work will involve an understanding of the project/ problem statement, working with available data, and designing effective solutions for the same.
