Dhruv holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and is an Electrical Engineer from Anna University. He brings on board 13+ years of experience in institutional consulting (including implementation and hand holding support) with large Public Sector and Private organisations (15,000+ employees) across India.

Dhruv has worked with Central and State Government institutions, Academic and Research entities and prominent funding agencies. He holds cross sectoral experience. Few sectors he has extensively worked with include – Agriculture, Industries and Commerce, Education, Skill Development, Communication, IT and Telecom, Water, Power, Highways and Roads, Rural and Urban Development, etc.

Specialities: Experience in Business Process Reengineering, Organisational Restructuring, Competency Frameworks, Training and Development and HR Policies. Dhruv has also worked on ERP implementation.
He has worked on transformation projects in the states of TN, Kerala, Karnataka, AP, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, MP, Orissa, Gujarat, West Bengal, Assam, and Delhi.
